Last 31 March it was published in the Official Journal on d.lgs. 31 March 2023, n. 36, with which the Government has made a simplification of the rules of procurement on the basis of two cardinal principles: the principle of result and the principle of trust. It entered into force on 1 April and will be effective from 1 July. It will be effective from 1 July.<\/p>\n\n

During the conference, the focus was on the change of approach brought about by the new rules of the recent Code of Public Contracts. In particular, we discussed the innovation introduced by the principles set out in the Code, devoting 12 articles to these issues. Among these principles, the result principle, the principle of trust and the principle of market access have been highlighted (Articles 1-3). It is important to note that, as explicitly stated in Article 4, these principles constitute an interpretative and enforcement basis for all the rules contained in the Code.<\/p>\n\n
